INTRODUCTION
LCM-20 CCD diameter measuring gauge adopts the technology of green LED parallel light source, CCD and high-speed FPGA. It is mainly used for non-destructive online measuring and controlling of various outer diameters of wire and cable, fiber optic cable, pipe and other products.
CCD and parallel light source make it is easier to measure the thickness and width of flat wires and sheets.

- Date processor and storage: Applying FPGA, the gauge can offer high-speed and high-precision calculations.
- Communication interface: RS232 and RS485, and it can be connected to the computer, PLC, paperless recorder, printer and other equipment for online detection and records.

- User can set the nominal value of the measured object, tolerance, and control output parameters.
- The gauge also have the functions of control output, alarm output and can be connected to the alarm indicator. The function of analog output, which can be used to send feedback and control of extruding electrical systems ,can transmit data with other devices.
